Join us to learn how to use the land around you to find herbs and make a wide range of herbal remedies to use as medicine.
We will go foraging in the woods, learn how to identify herbs and their medicinal uses. Then use those wild herbs to make your own herbal medicines to take home and use! Remedies include a customized tincture, herbal infusion, and more! The most nutritious seasonal lunch will be provided and you will learn how to eat medicinally to keep your immune system strong this fall/winter. There will also be detoxing stations including ginger poultices and foot baths to activate your body into healing and repair mode.
